Sweet Strawberry Jam Muffins

Ingredients:
2 cups Bisquit baking mix
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup cold butter
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup Strawberry Jam
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
Instructions:
Combine baking mix and sugar in a medium bowl. Using a pastry blender or two knives, blend in cold butter. Add milk and stir until just moistened. Add one tablespoon of muffin batter into each of 9 paper-lined muffin cups that have been sprayed with nonstick spray. Add one teaspoon strawberry jam into each muffin cup. Divide the remaining batter into each muffin cup, about 2 tablespoons each. Bake at 425 for 14 – 16 minutes or until a cake tester comes out crumbly. Make the glaze by whisking powdered sugar and milk together until smooth. Drizzle over cooled muffins and enjoy!
